Hunter Gatherer

The Hunter Gatherer Project involved picking an inspiring object from the Hunterian Art Gallery collection at the University of Glasgow, and then reimaging this product in the year 2091. It was a very conceptual and futuristic project that inspired me to look into predictions of how technology will advance throughout my lifetime.

After sketching and researching several different artifacts of interest, I decided to take forward a Victorian ankle-splint, designed to help sufferers of Osteoporosis.

I reimagined this product as a 3D-Printed Ultrasound cast, designed to speed up bone repair and regrowth.
