For Material World, I investigated orange peel and how it could be made into a bioplastic. I also looked into potential applications of orange bioplastic, such as farming and natural pesticides.

By experimenting with different quantities of cornstarch, glycerine, orange zest and more, I developed several orange bioplastic samples with different material properties.
