Plexus Internship

I completed two 11-week summer internships with Plexus Corp. in 2021 and 2022. This summer I was lucky to be given the opportunity to spend the first 4 weeks of my internship at the Plexus office in Raleigh, North Carolina for a full User Centered Design (UCD) immersion experience. This experience has allowed me to develop my industrial design skills, especially in sketching, foam modelling, user testing, CAD surfacing and using mechanical workshop equipment.

At the end of the summer I did a presentation for the global August tech talk to tell people about my experience in Raleigh and the importance of a user centered approach to design and engineering.
